I’m in a wheelchair and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I was in an accessible room with a walk-in shower and higher toilet. There were emergency pull cords by both the shower and toilet with an emergency phone and reset button. It was explained to me if the fire alarm did sound I should go in my wheelchair to a meeting point and they completed a form for the fire brigade to let them know where I would be waiting for them. Hotel itself is clean and modern on a road with parking opposite (discounted for people staying at the hotel) and the town centre is 2 mins to the right and Watford Jcn train station is a 5-min walk to the left, with a train into London taking 15 mins. The assistance ladies at the station were brilliant and friendly. The entire weekend was wonderful and easy to negotiate in a wheelchair. Only problem is that my wheelchair developed an annoying squeak!

Fantastic location within a 5 minute walk to the town and right next to Aria centre. The car park was literally opposite and you get a reduced rate via the screen at hotel reception. £4 for 24 hours was great value. The hotel itself was welcoming - reception staff met and greeted us and showed us where everything is. Added bonus of water available as you arrive was also welcoming. And if you forget anything there is a well stocked area for any needs. Room was a good size for 3 adults and comfy. Usual tea and coffee making items, plus toiletries (hand wash, shampoo and shower gel) in the bathroom. We used the restaurant for a meal in the evening and the menu choice was good, lots of variety. I liked the ambience in the restaurant with red lights on each table. Breakfast choice in the morning was also good.

Ended up chosing this hotel over our usual Premier Inn say and glad we did. Stayed for our whole London visit. 3 nights in interconnecting rooms. Rooms big, clean with comfy beds and good toiletries. Free water and delicious cinnamon apple juice in the lobby. 10 minute walk from train station (pretty much in a straight line) so handy for the Harry Potter shuttle bus as well as Watford town centre which has lots of shops and lovely places to eat. Also felt safe there and people were friendly. Well located for direct train to London Euston - 14-20 mins. Overall had a great stay and when going to a London would absolutely stay again- it was a nice retreat from the chaos of central London but not far at all.

The hotel is located in an excellent location close to the main shopping area at one side and public transport at the other. We drove from the North to Watford and parked in the recommended car park - the discounted parking is excellent. We stayed for 2 nights and used the train to travel into London on one day which run frequently and another day we visited WB Studios which is a short drive (or you can use the free bus outside the train station). The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the rooms were basic but clean. As a group of 3 it was nice to have the option of a triple room. We had breakfast included and were pleased with the selection of food and drinks and the quality.

We stayed here for a visit to Harry Potter Studios and then for a tourist trip round London with the kids. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to Watford junction for both commuting from the airport and then the bus to Harry Potter. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, we had adjoining rooms that I organised with the hotel before travelling and they were very accommodating, the rooms themselves were perfect and worked well for my family.
