Leonardo Hotel London Watford

Gorgeous property! We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade and the room was perfect! Couldn’t fault it! The location is perfect base for both heading into London and visiting Harry Potter Studios, I will absolutely be back here!

The best staff ever and a wonderful hotel. I’m a light sleeper, which is always an issue when you travel. Upon arrival, we were given a room towards the road, so I mentioned my issue to the receptionist who kindly moved me to another room. I slept really badly because it had a strong ventilation noise so. In the morning, very ashamed, I explained my issue to the new receptionist who kindly moves us to another room again. This room was absolutely perfect, and there were not only kind and reactive, but also very understanding. The hotel is absolutely cleanless, perfect location to visit the Harry Potter Studio (1h lovely walk if like us you can, otherwise the shuttle is by foot 10 minutes away from the hotel). Also, the breakfast is delicious : you have a lot of options for all kind of allergies, and they keep those options warm until the very end of the breakfast. Honestly, we had a wonderful experience and would like to thank again a very high professional and king team. I highly recommended it, and would not waiver to go back when travelling again to Watford.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as we were commuting to Wembley for the Challenge Cup Final, our car was parked for the weekend in the (discounted) public car park just a short walk away. The hotel foyer was welcoming and check in was fast and efficient. The Executive room was very clean and spacious and had some extras (coffee machine, a complimentary drink and a voucher for a discount on food & drink). Breakfast was your typical hot / cold buffet with a good selection of items, and although very busy, food was being replenished quickly. We would stay here again.

3 night stay for a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Excellent location for this purpose. Free shuttle bus to Warner Bros Studios just a short walk away and very close to Watford high street for shops, restaurants and cafes. Fabulous breakfast, helpful staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The fragrance that is circulated through the air system in the reception is such a pleasing welcome each time and the first thing we noticed on arrival. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to others and will certainly be booking again if we decide to visit again in the future.
