Gorgeous property! We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade and the room was perfect! Couldn’t fault it! The location is perfect base for both heading into London and visiting Harry Potter Studios, I will absolutely be back here!

The room is spacious enough for a family of 3. Mattress and Pillows are firm enough to provide good night sleeps. Cleaners are very proactive - sometimes we forgot to put the housekeeping card out, they still managed to clean the room promptly, which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceed our expectation, and considering the price, it was a steal.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as we were commuting to Wembley for the Challenge Cup Final, our car was parked for the weekend in the (discounted) public car park just a short walk away. The hotel foyer was welcoming and check in was fast and efficient. The Executive room was very clean and spacious and had some extras (coffee machine, a complimentary drink and a voucher for a discount on food & drink). Breakfast was your typical hot / cold buffet with a good selection of items, and although very busy, food was being replenished quickly. We would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was especially cozy and clean. The towels were fresh and clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight—plentiful, fresh, and with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and sausages, everything was delicious and well-prepared.

3 night stay for a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Excellent location for this purpose. Free shuttle bus to Warner Bros Studios just a short walk away and very close to Watford high street for shops, restaurants and cafes. Fabulous breakfast, helpful staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The fragrance that is circulated through the air system in the reception is such a pleasing welcome each time and the first thing we noticed on arrival. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to others and will certainly be booking again if we decide to visit again in the future.

Quick and easy check in - the receptionist was helpful, professional and quick. The discounted parking opposite the hotel is good location and excellent value for money. Like the ice cold water in the lobby for clients to enjoy freely. Price is good value, the rooms are fairly spacious and quiet and the hotel linen is crisp and white. Availability of bar and food is also a great bonus. This is the second time we've stayed here and I would definitely book again.

+ Spacious room + Room in very well-kept condition + Bathroom with shower curtain, but very clean + Very central: just cross the street and you're in the pedestrian zone + 5 minutes walk to the bus station to Warner Studios + Parking garage 4 pounds/24h and only 2 minutes walk away + Overground station Watford High Street 10-15 minutes walk away, where you can get into London in about 30 minutes + Very friendly staff

Fantastic location just 10 mins walk from Watford Junction and the Warner Brother's Harry Potter Studio Tour bus. The beds were also fantastic, extremely comfortable and the room cleanliness was immaculate. Any member of staff that we spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous.

We stayed here for a visit to Harry Potter Studios and then for a tourist trip round London with the kids. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to Watford junction for both commuting from the airport and then the bus to Harry Potter. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, we had adjoining rooms that I organised with the hotel before travelling and they were very accommodating, the rooms themselves were perfect and worked well for my family.
